§ 10-201. Adoption of Uniform Standard Specifications and details for Public Works Construction.

Latest version.

That certain document, three copies of which are on file in the office of the clerk, being marked and designated as "Uniform Standard Specifications and Details for Public Works Construction" (latest edition), published, sponsored, and distributed by the Maricopa Association of Governments, together with all appendices thereto, are hereby adopted as the standard specifications and details for public works construction of the town, and such code is hereby referred to, adopted and made a part of this chapter as though set forth fully in this section.
