§ 14-4. Conviction not to excuse nonpayment of fee.

The finding of responsibilty for a civil violation or the conviction of any person for conducting business without a license, as required under this chapter, shall not excuse or exempt such person from the payment of any license fee or penalty due and unpaid at the time of such conviction.
