§ 14-5. Prohibited business locations.

(a)

No person shall conduct business within the town in any structure or area where conducting such business is prohibited by the town zoning code or is otherwise prohibited by fire or building code regulations.

(b)

No person shall conduct business within a public park, recreation facility or riparian preserve without obtaining a permit or approval from the town as set forth in section 46-41. Any such business shall comply with the requirements of this chapter.
