§ 14-6. Delinquent fees.

When any license fee provided for under this chapter remains unpaid for 30 days after it is due, the license fee shall become delinquent, and the development services director shall refer the matter to the code compliance officer to verify that the business is still operating, and if so, he shall proceed with enforcement proceedings.
