§ 14-410. Renewal; fee.

(a)

Every sexually oriented business and operator must renew its license each year on or before the anniversary date of the date of issuance, and pay the renewal fee established by resolution of the town council.

(b)

Each license renewal is contingent upon compliance with the requirements of this article.
