§ 18-100. Miscellaneous provisions.

(a)

When not otherwise prescribed herein, all matters herein required to be filed with the town shall be filed with the office of the town manager.

(b)

Neither licensee or any of its officers, or employees shall receive referral fees or gratuities from any television or radio sales or repair business.

(c)

All notices which the town may give to a licensee or which a licensee may give to the town shall be given in writing and may be given by first class mail, postage prepaid addressed to licensee's most recent address on file with the town, and addressed to town. Such notices, when sent by mail, shall be deemed given one day after deposit in the U.S. Mail.
