§ 18-65. Subscriber solicitation procedures.

(a)

All personnel, agents and representatives of the licensee, including subcontractors, shall wear a cable uniform or clearly display a photo-identification badge when acting on behalf of the licensee in the town.

(b)

The licensee shall afford each subscriber of the cable system with a three-day right of rescission for ordering installation of cable service from the cable system provided that such right of rescission shall end upon initiation of physical installation of cable system equipment on such subscriber's premises.
