§ 19-17. Same—Violation.

From and after the effective date of this chapter, it shall be unlawful for any provider to occupy the streets and public ways unless the provider is in compliance with the provisions of this chapter and any other applicable ordinance or requirement.

This chapter manages and regulates the use of facilities in the public streets and ways by provider. It does not grant the right to occupy the streets and public ways, which authority must be obtained by separate permit, license, or franchise or other legal authority.
