That certain document entitled "Personnel Rules and Regulations, Town of Gilbert,"
three copies of which are on file in the office of the clerk, and as may be hereafter
amended, is hereby adopted by the council and made a part of this section by reference
as the personnel rules and regulations of the town. Personnel rules and regulations
may be amended by resolution of the council.
