§ 2-104. Action other than by or in the right of town.

If the proceeding is one other than an action by or in the right of the town, such person shall be indemnified against his expenses, including attorney's fees and judgments, fines, amounts paid in settlement actually and reasonably incurred by him in connection with such proceeding.
