§ 42-107. Dangerous signs, billboards and awnings.

  • It is unlawful and a public nuisance for any person to maintain or allow any signs, billboards, awnings or other similar structures over or near streets, sidewalks, public grounds or places frequented by the public, so situated or constructed as to endanger their public safety. Any person found to be in violation of this section shall be responsible for a civil offense. Each and every day that the violation continues shall constitute a separate violation.
