§ 42-177. False or misleading reports to police.

It is unlawful for any person willfully to make to the police department any false, fraudulent, misleading or unfounded report or statement, or willfully to misrepresent any fact for the purpose of interfering with the operation of the police department or with the intention of misleading any police officer.
