§ 42-202. Offensive premises.

  • It is unlawful and a public nuisance for any person to suffer or permit any premises belonging to or occupied by him, or any cellar, privy, vault, pool, sewer or private drain therein to become nauseous, foul or offensive to the senses or prejudicial to the public health or comfort. Any person found to be in violation of this section shall be responsible for a civil offense. Each and every day that the violation continues shall constitute a separate violation.
