§ 46-37. Glass containers.

Latest version.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to have a glass container in his possession in any town recreation facility or riparian preserve unless specifically authorized by the town.

(b)

It shall be unlawful for any person to throw, toss or otherwise propel or either willfully and maliciously or carelessly and negligently break any glass object in a town recreation facility or riparian preserve.
