§ 62-71. Establishment of parking and loading zones.

(a)

The traffic engineer is authorized to determine and designate by proper signs or markings, places in which the stopping, standing or parking of vehicles would create an especially hazardous condition or would cause unusual delay to traffic, and he may assign such time limitations to specific parking areas as may be necessary.

(b)

The traffic engineer is further authorized to establish such loading zones for the loading and unloading of goods, wares, merchandise and passengers for the benefit of places of business or bus and taxi stations throughout the town as may be necessary.
