§ 14-357. Change of location.

At least 65 days before a change in location, a request shall be submitted to the development services manager. A change of location of a massage therapy establishment may be approved by the development services manager, following inspection by the fire and building and code compliance departments, provided all ordinances and regulations of the town are complied with and a fee in an amount established by resolution of the council is paid to the development services manager.
