§ 14-358. Sale, transfer or expansion.

(a)

Upon the sale or transfer in a massage therapy establishment, the license shall be null and void. At least 65 days before the proposed sale or transfer of a massage therapy establishment to a new owner, the person desiring to operate the massage therapy establishment must submit a new application pursuant to section 14-352. In the event a new license is denied, the applicant may appeal and seek an interim license, pursuant to section 14-46.

(b)

Any such sale or transfer of any interest in an existing massage therapy establishment or any application for enlargement or expansion of the building or other place of business of a massage therapy establishment shall require inspection and compliance with section 14-354.
