§ 1-96. Disruption of meeting; penalty.

  • It shall be unlawful to disrupt or interrupt any regular or special meeting of the town council. Any person violating this section, in addition to being subject to punishment as follows, shall be summarily ejected from the meeting. Any person violating any provision of this section shall be fined not more than $50.00 and by imprisonment until payment of the fine.
